This postage stamp-sized country sandwiched between Switzerland and Austria is so small that you can drive across it in an hour and hardly notice that you’ve entered and exited its borders. We made a pit stop in its capital Vaduz to load gas and visit this castle built in the 12th century which is the official residence of the Prince of Liechtenstein. It is not open to the public so we just stopped by its winding gravelly path since its located up the hill, took pictures and admired the view of the city surrounded by the Swiss Alps.
